Refund & Returns Policy
- We have a 7-day return policy for items purchased on our website, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased in a retail store. Please return those items to the store where they were purchased.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition, unworn or unused, and with its original packaging. We are not able to accept back any product that has been worn or used.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alphadeltahigh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items so please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives and contact us right away at info@alphadeltacbd.com if any items are defective, damaged or incorrect in any way.
- We are not responsible for any package being stolen from your doorstep or mailbox.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Coupon codes and discount codes are NOT eligible for refunds and cannot be applied retroactively once an order is placed.
- Alpha Delta CBD LLC reserves the right to ship Delta-8 Products with an adult (21 and over)
signature required for Delivery. Any orders returned to us due to the lack of an available adult
signature will be charged a 30% restocking fee, plus relevant shipping charges.*
Refunds
- Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be posted.
- All refunds will be posted to the same account you used to originally order your item.
